The Chrysler PT Cruiser has the controversial privilege of being one of the most hideous vehicles on our list in conjunction with reliability issues that negatively impacted the car’s standing from 2006-8.

Among the complaints consumers had regarding their vehicles were issues with transmission and brake failure. As the vehicle has evolved, problems with handling and some instances of climate control have been noted. Including the fact that buying a car that’s more than a decade old is essentially the same as tossing money away, the PT Cruiser is a car to avoid.
