If your kitchen is fancy but the rest of your home is plain, it’s a design mistake. It looks like you never finished decorating. A tacky kitchen with no decor elsewhere is even worse.

At least spread out the tackiness. Put the ceramic duck in the bathroom and hang the “Live Love Laugh” sign in the living room. It’s better than having a single tacky room.
